No one is permitted to contract on behalf of the APPC or any of its grants or projects. Contracts are entered into only with the express approval of the Director and/or the APPC Business Office. The approval will only be given when all details are available for review. Who has the authority to sign a contract depends on several variables and will be decided by the Business Office.
Staff members who sign contracts without the above approval will be financially and legally responsible for their contents.
